All products purchased at BLKGEM APPAREL are not refundable or exchangeable unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.This includes items that are not damaged upon arrival.
Sale items or items marked as final sale.Gift cards.
Items that have been personalized or custom-made.

3. Return Process
